A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as light dynaf, etc., requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, in light of the following: (a) around the dry field of the victim C(61 , n't) located in Gwangju-si; and (b) around the issue of raising livestock, the Defendant and the victim were suffering from a dispute with the victim.
