Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on July 3, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on July 19, 2012.

On April 28, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.207% during blood transfusions, driven Bone Star Skex car at approximately 50 meters from around the hotel near Jeju-si 2-lane 20, Seobro 26-gil 26 (Dried-in) in Jeju-si to the road front of Jeju-si 2-gil 26 (Dried-in).
