A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2015, the Defendant, on September 21, 2015, 21:40, while drinking alcohol at a D restaurant located in Yong-nam, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim E (55 years of age) was the victim E; and (b) stated that the victim was “whether he would have to go out of the lick,” and that the victim’s face was able to go out of drinking and launching, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the left snowbrow, which requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.
