A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant parked C truck in order to carry on the business of selling ices, such as ground bean, at the parking lot of a mountain reservoir located in 118 o.m. in the city of Cheongju, and was prevented from parking the said cargo vehicle while being subject to the regulation on the management of ods from D belonging to the Gu office corresponding to the Cheongju City.

Notwithstanding the above measures of the above D, the defendant continued to drive the cargo vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and continued to be in the above parking lot parking line.

D's right-hand bridge part is the front part of the cargo vehicle, and approximately three weeks of treatment to D was placed on the right-hand slick, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the crackdown on the business of public officials and caused the injury to D.
