Criminal facts
On October 14, 2015, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced the Defendant to a suspended sentence of ten years for larceny, etc. on October 14, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 22, 2015, and is currently under the suspended sentence.
[2] The Defendant committed the following crimes in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the network-type type illness, which shows the symptoms of mental disorder, such as over-the-counter, exchange, and actual judgment disorder, etc.
1. From October 19, 2015, around 17:30 on October 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) used the victim’s PC room located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, “DPC room”; (b) used the victim’s knife’s knife to put the victim’s knife with cash of KRW 87,00,00 and bank knife with the victim’s knife card, etc. on the seat of the seat No. 57.

2. Accordingly, the defendant destroyed garbage, which is a non-main object, and caused public danger.
3. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant fire damage property and general goods: (a) entered the “I club” of the first floor victim H operation of the commercial building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu) around 22:00; (b) brought the said club employees into the said club underground stairs at the new wall time room where all of the employees of the said club were set up.
