Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final decision of this case.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. At around 23:00 on April 22, 2020, Defendant A asked Defendant A to purchase 1 g of Melopon, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, by holding KRW 4.50,000 to Defendant D buildings E, and Defendant B to purchase 1g of Melopon by accepting such proposal. Defendant B conspired to purchase 1g of Melopon by accepting such proposal.

B At the same day and night, Defendant C and Defendant C conspired to purchase additional 00,000 won per each of Defendant B and Defendant C with an opportunity to purchase 1g of philopon at the request of Defendant C and Defendant C, as above, at the same time.

Accordingly, at around 01:00 on April 23, 2020, Defendant B met with G, which is a penphone distributor in front of the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, but paid a total of 6.50,000 won, including KRW 450,000 and KRW 200,000,000,000, Defendant B and Defendant C borne by Defendant A, and received KRW 1.5 g of phiphone from G.

Since then, at around 03:00 on the same day, Defendant B 1g of philophone to Defendant A from the above D Building E.

Accordingly, Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to purchase 1g of a phiphone, and Defendant B and Defendant C conspired to purchase 0.5g of a phiphone.

2. At around 19:00 on April 25, 2020, Defendant B and C: (a) readyly lided a glass pipe in the shape of “7” in the above D building E, and lided a water disease; (b) put water into the water disease; (c) put a 0.5g of a rophone into the edge of the glass pipe; (d) put the part into the water disease; and (e) put the part into the water disease so that the smoke can enter into the water disease; and (e) dive the part into the water disease, and then dupliced so that the smoke can flow into the water disease.

Accordingly, the Defendants administered 0.5 g of philophones together.

3. Defendant B and A’s philophone medication Defendants are only to administer philophones at around 08:00 on April 27, 2020 with a view to administering philophones at around 08:00.
