Plaintiff

All appeals on claims based on the preparation, management, etc. of Category G, F, H, and I's tables shall be dismissed.

1. Ex officio determination

A. Of the instant lawsuit, the part on the claim of the Plaintiff L, M,O, P, and the part on the claim based on the illegal confinement and the preparation and management of black list with respect to the illegal confinement and audience education following the measures taken by the Plaintiff A, E, B, and C for the purification of the trade union, and the part on the claim based on the preparation and management of black list, etc. of the Plaintiff L, M,O, P, A, B, C, G, F, H, I, T, and T, DTR, DTR, DTS, DU, DV, DV, DW, DD, DY, DH, EB, EB, EG, EG, EI, EI, EI, and D 1) The Act on the Restoration of and Compensation for Democratization Movement-Related Persons, Etc. (hereinafter “Act on the Compensation for Democratization Movement”).

Article 1 of this Act provides that "the purpose of this Act is to promote the stabilization of livelihood and the improvement of welfare of persons who have sacrificed in relation to democratization movements and their bereaved family members by performing restoration of their honor and compensation, and to contribute to the development of democracy and the harmony of national unity." Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the same Act provides that "divatization movements" refers to activities that violate the basic liberal democratic order on or after March 24, 1964 and contribute to the realization of the ideology and value pursued of the Constitution and the establishment of democratic constitutional order and to the recovery and extension of citizens' freedom and rights by resisting the authoritative rule that infringes on and after the basic rights of the people guaranteed by the Constitution." subparagraph 2 of the same Article provides that persons related to democratization movements shall be persons related to democratization movements under Article 4 among the following persons:

(1) means a person deliberated upon and decided at the meeting.

The term "A" is defined in each item as "a person."

person killed or missing in relation to democratization movements;

(b)a person injured in relation to democratization movements;

(c) persons recognized as suffering from, or as having died from, diseases prescribed by Presidential Decree due to democratization movements;

(d)be convicted, on the grounds of democratization movements, or have been subject to a bachelor’s or bachelor’s punishment;
