Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2017, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.226% among blood transfusion around 21:10, the Defendant driven a CM525-V car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the Defendant’s residence in Jeju City B from the Do in front of the Defendant’s residence, to the 66th day of the CM525-V car at the 40-meter road in Jeju City.
