The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 14:30 on June 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) assessed the victim’s chest by hand on the ground that the victim C, a manager of the building in Songpa-gu Seoul building, properly parked and shouldered the victim’s chest; and (b) assessed the victim’s chest once by hand.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. On August 31, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
