Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle at a low price.

On March 12, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a speed of 30 to 42km/h (presumed) at a speed of 30 to 42km/h (presumed) per hour from the right edge of the Gwangju National University.
