Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and three months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) by Busan District Court Decision 2011No3844, which became final and conclusive on June 14, 2012, and administered 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, in the toilet in Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport on April 2011, in a way of dilutioning 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, to the left-hand crypump, using a disposable injection device.
