A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:10 on February 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) observed the stairs herooped from the front of the Crooped crooped from the road in Jinju-si, Jinju-si; (b) putting iron pipe (mix 98 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the vicinity of the Defendant, for the reason that he could block the electricity of the victim D (54 cm) who had observed an electric diversing.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
