A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Daejeon District Court on September 6, 2012 and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012.

The Defendant, around July 27, 2012, the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul High Court Order 292, Seoul High Court Order 2017: (a) was arrested in a fraudulent case filed by B; and (b) called “B, with the victim C, before setting up a collateral security right on an apartment for B; and (c) if agreement with B, the inside may be immediately released.

At the time of release, the right to collateral security of the above apartment will be cancelled immediately, and the civil engineering design work related to the construction of the Cheongju apartment will be done before this year.

“A false statement” was made.

However, even if the defendant was released upon agreement with B, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to cancel the right to collateral security established on the apartment, or to have the victim do the civil engineering design of the construction work on the Cheongju DNA apartment.

On August 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) caused the victim to create a right to collateral security in an amount equivalent to KRW 60 million for creditors B, maximum amount of claims; and (c) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by establishing a right to collateral security in an amount equivalent to KRW 60 million for F apartment G from the victim’s his/her father’s wife E-child.

The Defendant of “2017 Highest 2620” sent USD 25,000 to the U.S. investment company in operating its business in Cheongju D through H around April 2012.

If a person lends 30 million won to his/her neighboring area, he/she shall lend the money as soon as possible, "I may repay 50 million won within three months from the loan of 30 million won," and the above I shall around that time at the K main office located in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, that "I shall pay 30 million won to L(52 years of age) an apartment building project in D where I will now move 30 million won at the cost of foreign capital services, while I will lend 30 million won to L(50 million won from the loan of 30 million won from the investment amount. At the latest, I would like to repay 50 million won from the investment amount.
