1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 28,395,060 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from May 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.

On May 19, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 90 million to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) for a loan period of one year, interest rate of KRW 60 million for KRW 5.5% per annum, interest rate of KRW 30 million per annum, and interest rate of KRW 10.75% per annum, and interest rate of delay delay rate of KRW 18% per annum. Defendant B and C are jointly and severally liable for the above loan obligations to the Plaintiff of the Defendant Company on the same day; Defendant B and C were jointly and severally liable for the above loan obligations to the Plaintiff on May 18, 2015, which is the maturity date of the loan; the Plaintiff did not repay the above loan obligations on May 18, 2015, with the above loan obligations of KRW 61,604,940 per annum, set off the principal and interest obligations to the Plaintiff, the remaining claim remaining after set off against the Plaintiff at KRW 28,395,940 per annum, or agreed between the Plaintiff and the Defendants 2015.

The plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted on the grounds of all.
