Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000 (lur million).

The Defendants did not pay their respective fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants entered the “G” entertainment place located in the Gul-si F operated by the victim E with each other.

1. Defendant A

A. Accordingly, Defendant A interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the maintenance of public safety and order.

2. Defendant B

A.
