Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a private car, is the owner of B Costa Co., Ltd. and C Costa Co., Ltd.

No motor vehicle, other than commercial motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "private motor vehicle") shall be provided or rented for compensation for transport.

1. On April 25, 2015, around 02:47, the Defendant: (a) used the aforementioned B passenger vehicles from the new arguments in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the new details in Eunpyeong-gu; (b) used the said B passenger vehicles to replace substitute drivers; and (c) provided the private car at a fee of KRW 2,000 from KRW 1,00 to KRW 2,000 on a street.

2. On October 13, 2015, at around 04:53, the Defendant: (a) used the foregoing B passenger vehicle from the Eunpyeong-dong, Seoul, to the active service; (b) used the said B passenger vehicle in Seocho-gu, Seoul to the new argument located in Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (c) provided the private car at a fee of KRW 2,000 from KRW 1,000 to KRW 2,00 according to the distance.

3. On April 16, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) used the above CF car from the Eunpyeong-dong, Seoul to the Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul; (b) provided the private car for commercial transport at a charge of KRW 2,000 from KRW 1,000 on a street; and (c) provided the private car for commercial transport.
