A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 30, 2017, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 1 kilometer C low-speed car from front of the Gyeonggdaell road in Jeju-si to the upper limit of 46 in Jeju-do, as long as the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.172% during blood without a driver’s license.
