The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on May 29, 2014, the Defendant committed assault against the victim D’s buckbucks in front of the south-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and (b) on the street; and (c) the victim D’s bucks.

2. Grounds for dismissing the public prosecution;

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. Declaration of wish not to punish the victim after the indictment of this case
