Punishment of the crime

In addition, on April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle without obtaining a license; (b) driven a motor bicycle without obtaining a license on April 24, 2015; (c) caused a traffic accident while driving a motor bicycle without obtaining a license on May 23, 2015; and (d) caused a traffic accident on December 11, 2015; and (c) continued driving without a license on August 11, 2016; (d) on September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of one-year imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Illegal Theft, Violence, etc. Act (joint disturbance) on the Punishment of Violences, etc. on September 29, 2016; (c) was driving a bicycle motor without obtaining a license on July 13, 2017; and (d) was driving through the instant two-year license again on July 13, 2017.
