A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Death by gross negligence or special intimidation;
A. From February 1989, the Defendant’s occupation began to serve as a police officer from around February 2, 1989. From around February 2, 2014 to around E police station guard division, the Defendant’s occupation was performing the duty of supervising the members of auxiliary police officers who serve in the instant check-up station in Seoul F (hereinafter “instant check-up station”).
In the instant inspection station, three supervisors worked in the 3-hour 24-hour system, and four auxiliary police officers were working alternately for 1-2 persons, respectively.
B. The structure and location of the instant check-up station were three floors of the building, two auxiliary police life rooms (police 1 and 2 life rooms), two auxiliary police officers living rooms (police 1 and 2), two military police officers' rooms in the second floor, the military police situation rooms in the second floor, the military duty teams in the third floor, and the physical training rooms and reading rooms in the third floor, and two police life rooms were located in the front line.

On August 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was transferred from a supervisor H under his control in accordance with the shift work rules at the above supervisor’s office around 08:00 on August 25, 2015; and (b) the Defendant was placed on his customer at the instant inspector’s office, and was placed on his customer, in the instant inspector’s office, in the form of a 6-year ball Pistol (Rolver Pistol, I; hereinafter referred to as “instant pistol”) in a window (or a loaded stude; hereinafter referred to as “contain in its original form”) of the window (or a loaded 38 old gun); (c) the normal order of charging in accordance with the manual is in the direction of visibility (12 cc.); (d) the direction of the factory laboratory, the shape of the yellow Stick, the direction of the ball 14(1)30(4)(14); and (4) the direction of the ball 14(1)(3)(4) time ball.
