Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a mandatory sales panel of the “C”, which sells and installs a single-name divers who disposes of food waste.
1. The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 45 million won from the victim and acquired it by deception.
2.
