Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant is the actual owner and driver of the freight vehicle B.

Nevertheless, the Defendant changed the structure of the vehicle by arbitrarily removing the wing wing wing roof at a factory on May 2010 and the mutual aid between the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, and around 17:50 on August 12, 2014, without obtaining approval from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.
