On January 20, 201:26, the Defendant was a holder of a passenger car between B and B not covered by mandatory insurance. On January 20, 2010, the Defendant operated each of the above automobiles on the roads front of the Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and on April 10, 2010, around 18:06, the roads front of the Ulsan Metropolitan City Park Cemetery.
