1. The defendant's judgment of Gwangju District Court 2009 Ghana549 has an executory power to claim reimbursement against the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 24, 1997, the defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff in Gwangju District Court 97Gadan21685, and on June 24, 1997, "the plaintiff in this case (the plaintiff in this case) paid to the plaintiff (the plaintiff in this case) 15,247,315 won and the amount at the rate of 25 percent per annum from May 10, 1997 to the date of full payment (hereinafter "the judgment in this case"). The above judgment was finalized on July 23, 1997.

B. The defendant on January 12, 2009 against the plaintiff

The purport and cause of the claim as described in paragraph (1) shall be the Gwangju District Court 2009 Ghana5499, filing a lawsuit for the amount of indemnity on February 19, 2009.

The decision on performance recommendation (hereinafter referred to as the "decision on performance recommendation of this case") was issued, and the decision on performance recommendation was finalized on February 19, 2009.

C. On July 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) filed an application with the Gwangju District Court for a seizure and collection order for each of the claims of KRW 80,806,115 with the title of execution; (b) KRW 16,161,223 against the Plaintiff Gwangju Bank; (c) KRW 16,161,223 against the Plaintiff Gwangju Bank; (d) Industrial Bank of Korea KRW 16,161,223 against the new bank; and (e) KRW 16,161,223 against the Young Agricultural Bank; and (e) filed an application for a seizure and collection order for each claim of KRW 16,161,23 against the Young Agricultural Bank; and (e) filed an application for a seizure and collection order on July 15, 2014 with the Gwangju Bank of Gwangju; and (e) filed an application for a seizure and collection order on July 29, 2014.

On January 23, 2015, the Defendant applied for a seizure and collection order as to each of the claims against the Plaintiff, Gwangju District Court 200,000,000 for the Namju Unemployment, 13,222,417 for the Gwangju Bank, and 13,222,417 for the Industrial Bank of Korea, and 13,22,417 for the Bank.
