A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was released on July 28, 2017 and the parole period expired on August 21, 2017.

B. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.211% at the time and time as described in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and driving the said cargo at approximately 20km from the front side of the F market in Gyeongsan to the Daegu Water-gu Franc road.

On May 18, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:15, 2018, was dispatched after receiving a report on a drunk driving in the direction of about 600 meters from the front side of G in Busan to the front side of H at about 600 meters from the G-si in the direction of G, Busan, and received a report on a drunk driving.
