Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 10, 2015, for the crime of violation of road traffic law in the Changwon District Court’s Tong-gu branch of the Changwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 10, 2015.

[Criminal facts] On October 20, 2014, the Defendant sent one cash card to the Defendant at the Daegu Terminal (B) around the morning, using express bus hand freight.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred cash cards, which are media access to electronic financial transactions, to the Defendant.
