Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (d) driven a fluort bus in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.311%, while under the influence of alcohol, up to the 0.31% of alcohol level at the center of Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Gyeong-gu, 101, the Defendant was driving a fluort bus in the direction of 412, as the center of Daegu mid-gu.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle of Leart bus, E.R., E., E., E., E., E., E.W.

around 01:32 on August 13, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, she gets her blood, her eye, her eye, her eye, and her walked, even though she was in the state of walking, the Defendant driven the said car and driven the road of one lane in front of Daegu Jung-gu, Seoul, toward the center four-distance distance on the side of half-month.

Since a crosswalk is installed at the front of that place without signal lights, there was a duty of care to safely drive by checking whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed for the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle, to live well on the front door, and to build the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while being under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in driving along the crosswalk as it is, and the Defendant received the part of the victim F (son, 69 years old) who was crossing the crosswalk from the bicycle right of the victim F (son, 69 years old) who was walking a bicycle, as the front part of the trokele of the AWW.

As a result, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury such as cerebral sye which requires medical treatment for about two weeks.
