Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined all of the facts charged against the Defendants as guilty (excluding the part on acquittal of part of the grounds) on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on determining the falsity of facts alleged or disseminated in the crime of defamation of honor or the crime of interference with business, or common
