1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On July 13, 2018, the Committee for Autonomous Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter referred to as the “Autonomous Committee”) held a meeting on the following grounds: (a) around 13:07-13:15 on July 9, 2018, the Plaintiff, a student of the third grade of D elementary school, was engaged in school violence as follows (hereinafter referred to as “instant act”); (b) requested the Defendant to take measures, such as contact with, intimidation and retaliation against, and retaliation against, victim students and reported students under Article 17(1) of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against School Violence (hereinafter referred to as “School Violence Prevention Act”); (c) completed special education for five hours; (d) completed special education for, and transfer to, five hours; and accordingly, (e) the Defendant informed the Plaintiff of contact with the Plaintiff of contact with the reported student; (e) prohibition of retaliation against, intimidation and retaliation against the student; (e) completion of special education for five hours; and (e) notification of special transfer to the guardian:
