1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and 30% per annum from April 22, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 15 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant,” and the rate of interest on a claim shall be 30% per annum on the date of the first pleading.”
