1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The facts below are based on the following facts: (a) the plaintiff and the defendant did not dispute each other; (b) evidence Nos. 1 and 2; (c) evidence No. 3-1 to 11; (d) evidence No. 9; (e) evidence No. 1; (e) evidence No. 2-1; (e) No. 2-2; and (e) evidence No. 3-2 and 3; and (e) the whole purport of the arguments as to the fact inquiry by the Supreme Court.

As to the instant land registered as owner, ① the seller of D and the Defendant’s mother as the buyer of E are the sales contract signed on January 31, 2013, which was executed on January 31, 2013 by having D as the buyer, the sales contract amounting to KRW 30 million out of the sales contract amounting to KRW 100 million is the contract date, and the remainder KRW 70 million is the remainder.
