Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 20, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 28, 2010. However, on October 14, 2011, the Defendant committed a crime during the suspension period and sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on December 22, 201, which became final and conclusive on December 22, 2011, the said suspension of execution became null and void.
