1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a company that manufactures and sells red ginseng products of the brand "C". The plaintiff is a person who sells red ginseng products, etc. from June 1, 2009 to the name of "D store".

B. The Plaintiff entered into the first contract with the Defendant on May 2012, 2012, with respect to the instant red ginseng product. From July 3, 2012 to July 5, 2012, the Defendant supplied the instant red ginseng product 982,500 cent (327,500%) of the instant red ginseng product (hereinafter “E”) supply contract (hereinafter “F”): (2) supply of the instant red ginseng product (hereinafter “F”); (1) supply of the special ginseng product (hereinafter “special sale with limited quantity”): (1) supply cost of the instant red ginseng product (hereinafter “F”); (1) supply cost of the instant red ginseng product: (2) supply cost of the instant product: (1) supply cost of the instant red ginseng product: (2) supply cost of the instant product: (2) supply cost of the instant red ginseng product: (2) supply cost of the instant product; (2) supply cost of the instant product; and (3) supply cost of the instant product to the Plaintiff; and (1) supply cost of the instant product to the Plaintiff 2010.

C. On June 20, 2012, the Plaintiff supplied with the instant red ginseng product under the first and second contracts entered into a supply contract with F to supply the instant red ginseng product of KRW 655,000 for the price of KRW 655,000 for the instant red ginseng product of KRW 655,000 for the period from July 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012, and then enter into a supply contract with F during the said contract period to supply the instant red ginseng product of KRW 655,00 for the price of KRW 60,000 for the instant red ginseng product of KRW 327,50 for the first time during the said contract period (982,500 for the said period).
