A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant introduced himself/herself to the victim C and D as the director of the E University Construction Engineering and Construction Department from E University, with the intention of deceiving the victims who believe it and deceiving them to acquire the property.

1. Fraud against victim D;

가. 피고인은 2008. 4. 초순경 대전 동구 F에 있는 C이 운영하던 G다방에서 피해자에게 “현장에서 화단 설치 같은 조그만 공사가 많이 있는데 그런 공사에 인부 삯이나 재료비를 조금만 투자하면 공사가 끝난 후 이익금을 주겠다”라고 거짓말을 하였다.

However, the defendant did not have the ability to receive the above construction work and did not have the intent or ability to pay the profit even if he received the above money from the victim.

The defendant is in the same month from the victim.

8.15:00 received KRW 100,000,000 in total, including KRW 100,000,000,000 in front of the Agricultural Cooperative in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, for investment, 700,000 won in cash;

B. The Defendant:

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a stand for sale, and even if he received the above money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the profit.

The defendant received the cash card from the victim, that is, the name of the agricultural bank account from the victim, and withdrawn 5,80,000 won in cash as investment.
