The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds of appeal is too unreasonable.

2. Prior to the judgment on the grounds of appeal by the defendant, the prosecutor examined "D" in Paragraph 3 (9) from among the facts charged against the above defendant in the trial of the court below as "J"; the prosecutor changed "D" in Section 11 to Section 12 as "one real estate lease contract, such as attached Table 2 No. 2 to No. 2 to No. 5"; "a copy of the articles of incorporation, one copy of the register of members, one copy of the minutes of the general meeting of members" in the attached Table 2 to "a report and an application for registration of incorporation, such as attached Table 1, 2, and 4, one copy of the articles of incorporation, one copy of the articles of incorporation, one copy of the register of members, one copy of the register of members, etc." in Articles 14 to 15 to "a document of the above five shall be changed to "a document of the above three copies"; and the prosecutor applied for a change in the attached Table 2 to delete the No. 3 from the list of crimes.

3. According to the conclusion, the judgment of the court below is reversed ex officio pursuant to Article 364(2) and (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act without examining the defendant's grounds for appeal on the grounds of unfair sentencing, and the judgment below is again ruled as follows.

Criminal facts

The summary of facts and evidence acknowledged by this court shall be as follows: "D" in paragraph (3) 9 of the judgment below among the facts constituting the crime of the judgment below as "J"; "documents in the sum of five copies, such as one copy of the real estate lease contract, one copy of the articles of incorporation, one copy of the register of members, one copy of the minutes of the general meeting of members, one copy of the minutes of the general meeting of members, etc." in Articles 11 through 12 shall be as "a document in the sum of three copies, such as an application for report of establishment and registration of business, one copy of the articles of incorporation, one copy of the register of members, one copy of the register of members, one copy of the register of members, etc." in Articles 14 through 15, respectively, and "a document in the above five copies to a public official in charge" shall be changed as "a document in the above three copies"
