J University Asan Campus Symology is a person who arranges, and Plaintiff C is a gold design technician.

J University Incheon Campus professors and Nam Mancheon Campus School, etc. are students of J University Incheon Campus.

Defendant School Foundation D (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a school foundation that establishes and operates K University, which is a four-year comprehensive university (hereinafter “K”), and Defendant E is a person who works for K as the president from June 2015 to June 2015. The Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, from around 2012, minimize the phenomenon of “Sssss-match” between graduates discharged from universities and human resources needed at a business site, thereby minimizing the employment difficulties of graduates. In the purport of resolving the employment difficulties of graduates, some of the universities were designated as business subjects after a four-year university’s application, and part of the course of the course of the relevant university’s study is completed over a long-term period of at least four months at the industrial site.
