A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana as follows:

1. Crimes committed on April 2019;

A. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) issued 3,000 clocks (Korean Won KRW 100,000) to male in blacks around Thailand B Station; and (b) purchased clocks in vinyl clocks (Korean Won 100,000 clocks) from that time, using clocks included in vinyl clocks.

2. Crimes committed from July 2019 to August 2, 2019.
