The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings in the descriptions of Gap evidence 1, Gap evidence 5 to 8, Gap evidence 10, Gap evidence 14, Gap evidence 16, Gap evidence 17, Gap evidence 20-1 to 4, Gap evidence 30, Eul evidence 6, Eul evidence 7, and Eul evidence 7.

If the Plaintiff sells and provides a device to individual operators operating restaurants, etc., and the above individual operators orders daily living services such as substitute driving, Kwikset service, and fireworks delivery using the device, the Plaintiff is a company that operates a multi-user service with a certain amount of money out of the cost of using the living service from the provider of the above living service.

B. On January 6, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a goods supply contract with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) to be supplied with a device without distinguishing the aforementioned trade name from before and after the mutual change. The main contents are as follows.

Article 1 [Purpose] This Agreement is to supply the Plaintiff with KTF-oriented D (hereinafter referred to as “terminal”) developed by the Defendant Company, and Article 3 [The Price and Terms of Supply of Products]

1. The warranty period of the quality of the “terminal” shall be 12 months from the date of sale to consumers;

Provided, That the guarantee period of the distribution and the U.S. S. MDR card shall be six months from the date of sale, and A/S caused by a consumer's fault shall be the disposal key for a cost within the guarantee period without compensation.

2.With respect to the scope and period of quality assurance, matters not agreed upon in this Agreement shall be applicable.
