Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act, etc. to the Suwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant knew that he sells petroleum products, petrochemicalss, alternative fuel, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen in order to have he/she manufacture and use fake petroleum products, which he/she operated in Chungcheong-gun C, with intent to introduce E to anyone with an intermediate endur in his/her name, which would bring fake petroleum products into fake petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuel or materials containing carbon and hydrogen.
On January 7, 2013, E, upon introduction of the Defendant, sold an amount equivalent to KRW 22,440,00,000 at the market price contained in a plastic tank by having F, an employee, transfer the amount of KRW 24,00,00 to G freight vehicles (one-use method) in the same manner as the above-name unexplicur in the attached list of crimes from January 7, 2013 to March 29, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes (Provided, That the purchaser’s part is deleted) in total 41 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (excluding both the purchaser’s part).
As a result, the Defendant aided and aided the above E by facilitating the sale of softs, which is a raw material for fake petroleum products, to the above-mentioned endors for the purpose of manufacturing and using fake petroleum products.
