Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business operator of the food service business in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the first floor.

No person who intends to cook and sell foods shall keep raw materials or finished products, the expiration date of which has expired, for the purpose of cooking and selling them, or use such materials or products for cooking foods.

Nevertheless, on April 22, 2013, while operating the food service business in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the 1st floor located, the Defendant stored one kg (the expiration of the distribution period on April 19, 2013) of 1kg for cooking in a freezing room, and stored one 450g g (the expiration of the distribution period on November 15, 2012) in a freezing room for the purpose of cooking food, and stored one 150g g (the expiration of the distribution period on November 15, 2012) in a line next to the cry for the purpose of cooking food, and the net subsequent products are in violation of the average 10,000 won of 10,000 won (the expiration of the distribution period on April 5, 2013) and 200,000 won (the expiration of 158.2.10,000 won,00 won,00 won,00 won,00 won,00.
