A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 14, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on March 14, 201, and on May 22, 2019, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for the same crime at the same court.
The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of BMW car.
1. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.083% of the blood alcohol concentration from the Do near the “D” restaurant located in Osan-si C to the front road of Osan-si, Osan-si.
