A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the operation of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On February 13, 2017, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.123% among the blood transfusion around 19:10, the Defendant driven the said van while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.123%. The Defendant was driving on the two sides of the movable property located on the south side of the Gangwon Yangyang-gun.
