Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors by misapprehending the meaning of insult in the crime of insult, the grounds for excluding illegality, and the legal principles on the performance.

In addition, even if examining the record, there were no errors by the first instance court or the lower court’s trial procedure, such as infringing on the defendant’s right to a fair trial or defense.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
