The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant, at around 06:16, stolen the locked door of the “D” shop in Busan-gun C, Busan-gun C, and the first floor of “D,” by entering the cosmetic shop, thereby getting out of the cosmetic store, and having the amount of money equivalent to 6.40,000 won owned by the victim E, the main owner of the cosmetic store in the Kabbro, respectively.

Thus, it is hard to grasp the identity of the person taken at the scene of the crime in this case and the person whom the defendant himself/herself recognized, even if based on the result of the appraisal reply to the National Scientific Investigation Agency of this Court, it is difficult to understand the identity of the person taken at the scene of the crime in this case and the person whom the defendant himself/herself recognized, and ② it is difficult to understand that the color tag worn by the defendant was changed to the temporary ones at the scene of the crime, and it is difficult to understand at all 50 minutes from 06:21 to 07:12 after the scene of the crime, and ③ most of all CCTV is not available, and the body of the defendant is identical to the body of the person on which the defendant appeared at the scene of the crime.
