A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On December 30, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on December 13:01, 201, and tried to turn to the left at the left one-lanes from the later side of a treetoo apartment to the front side of the Yongsan-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

At the time, the traffic control by signal apparatus was performed, so in such a case, the driver was obliged to safely drive the signal in good faith.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered two parts of the vehicle requiring treatment for about two weeks from the above occupational negligence, and at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the said vehicle owned by the victim to the extent that the sum of 3,220,423 won, such as the exchange of the front driver, and failed to immediately stop the vehicle and take necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim, and escaped without leaving the vehicle at the site.
