A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a student qualification (D2 B B B B B B) in Gangnam-si University located in Gangseo-si, and a person who recruited a large number of unspecified Russian nationals who wish to be employed in the Republic of Korea from the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Korea due to the same port, etc., sold a cruise boarding ticket entering the Republic of Korea, and provided foreigners who entered the Republic of Korea to the construction site, etc. in Gangnam-si, and was engaged in an illegal employment brokerage hub.

When a foreigner intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, and no person shall arrange or solicit the employment of a person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant abused the system of non-entry for tourism (B-1 and the maximum period of stay 60 days) into the Republic of Korea by abusing the system of non-entry into the Republic of Korea for tourism (B-1 and the maximum period of stay 60 days) and made it possible for them to enter the Republic of Korea, arrange illegal employment on the building site, etc., and received the introduction fee.

On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold a cruise vessel boarding ticket to Russia nationality C (C, D, and C; C; C; C; C; C; C; and C; C; (b) made entry into the Republic of Korea by having the Defendant prepare an entry declaration as a guarantor; (c) provided employment mediation services to help workers work in the construction site of Gangnam-si, which is a type of mold E, a type of human resources office, linked to a daily worker at the construction site of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, a human resources office, through an E; and (d) thereafter, from that time to December 2 of the same year, a foreigner does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment by arranging illegal employment of 112 men of Russia’s nationality, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
