A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Victim D, who was an elementary school student, around December 15, 2020, at around 15:00, at around 15:0 on December 7, 202, with access to the thief at around 15:0; and (b) as the victim’s head attached thereto;

It shall be removed.

In the words, “the victim was cut off with 14 K gold booms equivalent to KRW 338,00,000, which were suffering from the victim’s crepits using the crepan in the victim’s list.”

2. On December 8, 2020, around December 13:05, 2020, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Victim G, a primary school student, before the instant elevator F of the building, in front of the instant building, in a manner referred to in paragraph (1) and stolen a single 120,00 K gold blicking amounting to KRW 120,00,000 at the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from the instant item in the same manner as paragraph (1).

3. On December 10, 2020, around 16:02, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim I, who was an elementary school student, from the rear door of the H Apartment apartment at Dong Young-si on December 10, 202; and (b) cut off with one set of 24 K gold mp in an amount equivalent to KRW 130,00 in the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from the victim’s item in the same manner as paragraph (1).

4. From around December 7, 2020 to around 15:00 on December 7, 2020, the Defendant attempted to steal a thief in the market price owned by the victim who was suffering from a disease in the same manner as paragraph (1) by approaching L from the entrance of the K elementary school located in the GJ at the time of Tong-si, through through through Dong-si. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime, even though he did not intend to leave the victim as it was.
