A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at this Court’s appellate trial on April 20, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 2017.
"2016 Highest 7041" Defendant provided C and D with money borrowed from the victims as security.
C was invited to bring the victims of the Cubs car into the victims in E-owned land.
1. The Defendant, C, and D, together with C and D, provided as security and kept in custody by the victim when C borrows KRW 3 million from the victim F, from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Han-ro, 586, Han-ro, 113-34, Nam-ro, 586, around November 3, 2015, and around November 22:40, 2015, when C borrows KRW 3 million from the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, took the object of C, which is the object of the victim's right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.
