1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The facts falling under any of the following subparagraphs may be admitted as a whole by integrating the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 5 (including the branch numbers for which the branch numbers are attached) without dispute between the parties or by integrating it into the whole purport of the pleadings:

At the time of Ansan-si 2,377 square meters prior to D 2,377 square meters. E acquired ownership on November 2, 1987. On February 12, 1992, E was divided into 2,325 square meters prior to Ansan-si and 52 square meters prior to F.

B. As to the share 662/2,325/2,00 of the 2,325 square meters in Ansan-si D, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on April 21, 1994 from E, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 30, 1996 from the Plaintiff on December 30, 1996.

(E) The E shall own 1,663 shares and G shall own 662/2,325 shares, respectively.

On February 25, 1997, the area of 2,325 square meters prior to Ansan-si was divided into 1,663 square meters prior to D on February 25, 199 and 662 square meters prior to H. In accordance with the division, E’s shares (1,663 shares) and G’s shares (62 shares) were transferred.

After that, E’s equity (1,663/2,325/2,325) with respect to E’s equity (1,663/2,325/2,00) was commenced in Ansan-si, and Defendant B was awarded a successful bid on September 14, 2001 and completed the registration of ownership transfer for E’s equity on September 29, 2001.

(Defendant B shall own 1,663 shares, G shall own 662/2,325 shares, respectively). (e)

On December 13, 2001, Defendant B’s share (1,663 shares) and G’s share (62/2,325 shares) were divided into 628 square meters prior to D on December 13, 2001, 529 square meters prior to J, and 506 square meters prior to D. Pursuant to the division, each of the above land was transferred to Defendant B’s share (1,663 shares) and 662/325 shares in G.

F. On December 13, 2001, the land category was changed to D large 628 square meters (attached Form No. 1), and the 529 square meters before JJ, with respect to the 628 square meters (attached Form No. 2), each of which is 529 square meters (attached Form No. 2) in J-J-type land.

G. On July 6, 2009, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the G shares (662/2,325 shares) of each land listed in the separate sheet.
