A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 558" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On July 11, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.35g 200,000 won of the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a part of a local mental medicine, which is a Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melopic Melops from E

2. On July 11, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 g of philopon into beer, at the Defendant’s residence located in Madon F, and administered philopon by a method of drinking it.

3. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.35g 200,000 won of phiphonephones, which were 0.35g 200,000 won, from E, on the road near H oil stations located in G at Jung-si.

4. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant, around August 6, 2015, dumped approximately 0.05g philophones into beer, at the residence of the above Defendant, and administered philophones by drinking them.

5. On September 3, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.35g 200,000 won of phiphonephones, which were 0.35g 200,000 won, from E, on the roads near J Hospital I located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

6. On September 3, 2015, the Defendant, around September 3, 2015, dumped approximately 0.05g philophones into beer, at the residence of the above Defendant, and administered philophones by means of drinking them.

7. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant, around February 25, 2016, dumped approximately 0.05g philophones into beer, at the residence of the above Defendant, and administered philophones by means of drinking them.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1446" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.4g 50,000 won from M M M M, a local mental medicine, at the vicinity of L pharmacies located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Wilphone”).

2. On June 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7g of philopon from M to 200,000 won in front of the exit of five subway stations located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul N, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
